The former head of a Pennsylvania county bar association will spend two to four years in prison after she stole over $300,000 and used the funds for cosmetic procedures, vacations and her family’s nonprofit organization.
Attorney General Dave Sunday on Wednesday announced Robin Hagins, the former executive director of the Cambria County Bar Association, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, deceptive business practices and forgery.
Between 2018 and 2023, Hagins funneled $300,000 from the bar association to pay for cosmetic procedures, vacations and a timeshare property, according to a press release.
Hagins’ purchases with the misappropriated funds included Southwest Airlines tickets, Apple devices and women’s clothing.
