CHEYENNE — Cheyenne City Council members have reviewed 11 city-owned parcels of land that could be sold or repurposed to generate revenue as part of an ongoing effort by the council’s Revenue Subcommittee to identify underused properties that currently serve no purpose to the city.
Members of the subcommittee, which consists of council members Michelle Aldrich, Kathy Emmons and Ken Esquibel, presented these parcels at a work session Friday.
The subcommittee met to set different goals for the parcels a couple of months ago, Aldrich said, and discussed the possibility and upsides to declaring those properties surplus.
The discussed parcels include:

Corner of Converse Avenue and Pershing Boulevard
Various areas in Saddle Ridge
