MUSKEGON, Mich. — A summer beer festival in Muskegon is changing locations.

After 10 years, the "Burning Foot Beer Festival" is moving off the beach to Heritage Landing.

“For 10 years, we've been slinging beers down at Burning Foot," says Pigeon Hill Brewing Co. taproom manager Alana Matyas-Brower. "We always try to bring something a little bit unique and different from our tap room, because it does draw a lot of Muskegon folks, so we want to give them something different at the festival.”

Matyas-Brower said her brewery has been with the Burning Foot Beer Festival since the beginning.

The festival has been celebrated on the shore of Lake Michigan for the past ten years. However, this week the festival organizers announced that it is changing locations.
