LOVELAND, Ohio —

An 18-year-old man has been arrested after a shooting in Loveland on Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Loveland Police Department, the shooting happened on Iroquois Drive, around 3:02 p.m. Advertisement

Police said the shooting stemmed from a verbal altercation and the victim drove away from the scene to seek help.

Loveland police said the victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment but an update on the person’s condition was not released.

Police said Harry Nelson, 18, has been charged with felonious assault and was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
