Srinagar, Nov 13: The Special Crime Wing of Crime Branch Kashmir has submitted a chargesheet against two persons accused of defrauding job aspirants by promising them government employment in exchange for money.

The chargesheet pertains to FIR No. 19/2023 and has been filed before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kulgam.

Spokesperson in a statement, Special Crime Wing of Crime Branch Kashmir has produced a chargesheet in case FIR No. 19/2023 under Sections 419, 420, and 120-B of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC) against two accused individuals before the Hon’ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kulgam.
