Community Hospital Unity Field has been a big part of Kylie Wells’ life.

Between growing up in the valley watching matches played on the field to participating in them herself, first as a Fruita Monument Wildcat and now as a member of the Colorado Mesa women’s soccer team she has spent a lot of time on field.

“In the bottom of my heart, I knew that I was always going to come here,” Wells reflected after the Mavs’ 1-0 victory over Fort Lewis at Community Hospital Unity Field in the RMAC semifinals.

Not just playing for, but rather starring on the Colorado Mesa women’s soccer team is a course that seemed predetermined for Wells long before she ever suited up in maroon and gold.
