Porbandar, Nov 13 (PTI) Reflecting the tri-service synergy, three top commanders in the Indian military boarded aircraft carrier INS Vikrant and reviewed a joined multi-domain operation conducted as part of the mega Exercise Trishul, officials said on Thursday.
