Kulgam, Nov 13 : The NIA/UAPA Court for Kulgam and Shopian on Thursday convicted one Towseef Ahmed Thokar, son of Mohammad Yousaf Thokar, resident of Khawajapora Reban, Zainapora, for his involvement in the 2021 Imam Sahab terror case. The case pertains to FIR No. 25/2021 registered at Police Station Imam Sahab.

As per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, the court found the accused guilty under Sections 16, 18, and 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 7/27 of the Arms Act. The matter has been adjourned for sentencing on November 17, 2025.
