Indian techies and professionals have been sharing their experiences and reasons for moving out of India. While many prefer Bengaluru over other cities and countries, a woman techie recently listed myriad reasons for not choosing India for her life as a digital nomad.

In an elaborate Instagram video, Shreya Mahendru, who has been working remotely from Bangkok, highlighted several aspects of her Wi-Fi life: rent, traffic, women’s safety , and infrastructure. Comparing the mornings in Thailand to India’s, Mahendru said, “Mornings are so peaceful here (Thailand). No honking at 6 am or throughout the day. Bangkok has traffic, don’t get me wrong, but it’s calm.”
