NEW DELHI: In a significant counter-terrorism breakthrough on Thursday, the Ludhiana Commissionerate Police, has arrested 10 operatives of a grenade-attack module allegedly backed by the Inter‑Services Intelligence (ISI) of Pakistan. According to a post by the DGP Punjab police on X, the module was tasked with carrying out a grenade strike in a densely populated area of Punjab.
