EVANSVILLE – The former chief financial officer of Old National Bank won't go to trial on child molesting charges until next year at the earliest.
A jury trial for Brendon Falconer, 50, had been slated for Wednesday, Nov. 12. But earlier this month, Warrick Circuit Court Judge Greg Granger granted a motion for continuance filed by Falconer. The trial is now scheduled for Feb. 3 – nearly two years after prosecutors filed charges.
Falconer faces one count of child molesting as a Class C felony and another of child molesting, fondling or touching a child under 14 as a Level 4 felony.
