1. The instant C.P. arises out of an order passed by this Court in O.A./54/2025 dated 29.01.2025. T he operative portion of the same reads as under: In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the applicant’s reply, which was submitted in response to the memorandum of charges, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
