The alley behind Newy’s, Crawdaddy Outdoors, and the Wild Carrott in Waverly is now back open. A contractor had been paving the alley, which runs from 2nd Street NE to 3rd Street NE. That process is now complete and the alley is open to both vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
