FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A 25-year-old West Fork man is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old after lying about his age over Snapchat and arranging to meet up with her, according to a preliminary arrest report.
Evan Tull-Cochrane was arrested on Nov. 10 on charges of internet stalking of a child and fourth-degree sexual assault. He is being held on a $5,000 bond.
On Oct. 26, the teen told officers with the Fayetteville Police Department (FPD) that she began talking to a male on Snapchat, who told her he was 17 after she told him she was 15.
Documents say their conversation became sexual, and they agreed to meet up on Oct. 25. The two reportedly met up at the Walmart on Mall Avenue in Fayetteville, where the two went to the bathroom and had sex.
