BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (KPTV) - One person is dead and two others were hospitalized after a crash in Battle Ground on Wednesday evening.

Just before 9:30 p.m., deputies with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash with significant injuries near the 26600 block of Northeast 182nd Avenue.

The sheriff’s office said one person died at the scene. Their name has not yet been released.

Two other people were taken to a hospital. The extent of their injuries is not known at this time.

The Traffic Homicide Unit is leading the crash investigation.

No other details have been released by the sheriff’s office at this time.
