Now the Blue Jays will need to prioritize some top talent in free agency if they want to make it back to the postseason and beyond next year. Star shortstop Bo Bichette is a free agent, and he's projected to sign a massive $189 million deal , according to Jim Bowden of The Athletic.
USA Today's Gabe Lacques recently predicted the Blue Jays would retain Bichette in free agency this offseason, which would be a huge step in the right direction for their franchise.
