Five people were killed in two crashes on Arkansas roads on Monday, according to preliminary police reports.

Around 1:23 p.m. on Monday, Brian Tracy, 55, of Lindsay, Okla., was killed when the tractor trailer he was driving went off the road on U.S. 167 in White County and crashed into a house, a report from the Arkansas State Police says.

Tracy was heading north when the 2016 Kenworth he was driving left the roadway, collided with a driveway embankment, left the embankment and struck the house, the report says. The report didn't list anyone in the house as being injured.

Around 2:37 p.m. on Monday, four people died in a head-on collision on U.S. 65 in rural Searcy County, a report from state police says.
