Kong has returned in a teaser for Monarch: Legacy of Monsters season 2. The Apple TV release is a live-action show from Legendary's Monsterverse franchise, which includes the movies Kong: Skull Island and Godzilla x Kong . Season 1 ran from November 2023 through January 2024, and Monarch: Legacy of Monsters season 2 was renewed shortly afterward, in April 2024.
