The Washington Commanders announced that they have selected HKS as the lead architect for the new stadium at the site of the former RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. The stadium was approved by DC Council, and is expected to be open in 2030. New managing partner Josh Harris has made returning the site of the Redskins glory years a central part of his plan after purchasing the team in 2023.
