Ex-Louisiana Speaker Indicted for Stealing ‘Rare Artifact’

Former Louisiana House Speaker Clay Schexnayder (R) was indicted on a felony theft charge for allegedly stealing a cypress board once displayed in the state Capitol, the Shreveport Times reports.
