Prime Minister Mark Carney’s government will unveil another round of major projects on Thursday, but an oil pipeline is not among them as negotiations with Alberta continue.

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith had previously said she hoped an agreement with Ottawa that would enable a new bitumen export pipeline project to advance would be hammered out by this Sunday’s CFL Grey Cup game.
