BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — November 13, 2025, marks three years since the murder of four University of Idaho students shocked the state and captured national attention.

Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen, and Kaylee Goncalves may be gone, but their memories live on through their family and friends.

Their murderer, Brian Kohberger, is now serving life in prison after confessing to the murders and taking a plea deal to avoid the death penalty in July.
