Actor Chadwick Boseman will be posthumously honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on November 20, 2025. Ryan Coogler, the director of Boseman’s most significant film, Black Panther, and Viola Davis, the co-star of his final movie, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, are set to speak at the ceremony. Boseman’s widow, Simone Ledward-Boseman, will accept the award on his behalf.
Boseman died after a four-year battle with colon cancer at 43 years old.
