BUDGAM, NOVEMBER 13: In view of the Counting for for Bye–Elections to 27–Assembly Constituency Budgam on 14th November 2025, District Election Officer (DEO) Budgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat, today conducted a detailed inspection of the Counting Centre and took an on-spot assessment of the arrangements being put in place for the smooth and transparent counting process.

During the visit, the DEO Budgam inspected all designated counting halls, strong room areas, entry and exit points, security arrangements, and facilities being established for the counting staff and observers. He also reviewed the layout plan of counting tables, movement corridors, CCTV surveillance systems, and communication setups to ensure compliance with Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines.
