\The Natrona County Coroner’s Office, in conjunction with the Casper Police Department and the Wyoming Highway Patrol, is investigating a fatal vehicle crash that occurred Friday night in the 5300 block of CY Avenue.

Natrona County Coroner James Whipps has identified the deceased as 43-year-old Mandy Lee Butler of Casper, Wyoming.

According to the Casper Police Department, one person was killed and three others were injured in the head-on crash.

Shortly after 9:00 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to reports of a collision in the 5300 block of CY Avenue. Responding units located a two-vehicle crash with multiple injured individuals.
