Sen. John Fetterman , D-Pa., sharply criticized Sen. Bernie Sanders , I-Vt., accusing him of putting 42 million Americans at risk of "mass food insecurity" amid the fight between Republicans and Democrats over healthcare subsidies and the recent government shutdown.
