( NewsNation ) — President Donald Trump is set to pardon billionaire Joe Lewis , whose family owns a majority stake in the London-based Tottenham Hotspur soccer club .

In 2024, Lewis, 88, pled guilty to insider trading and was fined $5 million by a New York judge. He wasn’t sentenced to prison but was given three years of probation.
