The father of a missing Fayetteville man whose body was found on Clinton Road last week believes others are complicit in his son's death.

The North Carolina Medical Examiner's Office positively identified the remains as Steven Wayne Morrison Jr., 30, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office on Nov. 13. Morrison's body was found in the 3300 block of Clinton Road shortly before 3 p.m. Nov. 8, the Sheriff's Office said.

Three weeks before the discovery, Sheriff Johnathan Morgan announced Oct. 31 that Morrison was missing and considered to be endangered due to a medical condition.
