Simone Biles is speaking out after first teasing, then revealing that she has undergone plastic surgery in recent months.

The most decorated Olympic gymnast of all time has always been open with her fans — and discussing the work she’s had done wasn’t going to be any different.

“It’s just who I am and I feel like I’ve always tried to be open, honest and relatable,” she told People magazine .

Biles recently revealed on TikTok that she has undergone three plastic surgeries in her life, and even asked her followers to guess what work she had one.

While she noted that two of the three procedures weren’t noticeable, the seven-time Olympic gold medallist responded to fans’ guesses in the comments section.
