CHANDLER, Ariz. — Three juveniles are facing criminal charges for allegedly breaking into a Chandler elementary school and causing about $5,000 worth of property damage.
On Oct. 15, multiple individuals broke into Conley Elementary School, located near Frye and Alma School roads, and destroyed multiple tablets by smashing them onto the floor. Chandler police said the suspects additionally broke into two storage sheds and scattered sports equipment across the campus.
Police said a 14-year-old boy, 14-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy were identified as the suspects after receiving tips from the community. Charges for burglary and criminal damage have been submitted to juvenile court for review.
