PARMA TWP., MI – A father facing charges for child abuse was handed a sizeable bond while he awaits his next court hearing.

James Edward Stephens III was arraigned Nov. 10 on one felony count of first-degree child abuse and aggravated domestic violence, a misdemeanor, before Jackson County Magistrate Jake Dickerson.
