BROOKSVILLE, Fla. — Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced this week that his office is seeking the death penalty for a man accused of sexually abusing a child younger than 12.
Nathan Douglas Holmbert, 36, has been indicted on 25 charges, and among them are seven counts of capital sexual battery of a child younger than 12.
