To see the sea cans (in city rear or side yards), or not to see the sea cans — that was a question for Cornwall council considered on Monday.
Coun. Dean Hollingsworth, who wasn’t present during the city’s planning advisory and hearing committee (PAC) meeting when a housekeeping zoning bylaw amendment was discussed, said he didn’t want to entertain seeing any sea cans on residential properties in the city, full stop.
