To see the sea cans (in city rear or side yards), or not to see the sea cans — that was a question for Cornwall council considered on Monday.

Coun. Dean Hollingsworth, who wasn’t present during the city’s planning advisory and hearing committee (PAC) meeting when a housekeeping zoning bylaw amendment was discussed, said he didn’t want to entertain seeing any sea cans on residential properties in the city, full stop.

“I cannot support, personally, the idea of a sea can being in a residential neighbourhood, period,” he said.
