NORFOLK, Neb. (KTIV) - A Northeast Nebraska teen is charged with theft after he was arrested early Thursday morning.
Nineteen-year-old Jett Bear of Norfolk was arrested when law enforcement discovered stolen property inside his bedroom.
On Thursday, Nov. 13, at 3:34 a.m., the Norfolk Police Division was called to a home on South 12th Street after receiving reports of a theft in progress.
Upon their arrival, Officers talked with one of the homeowners, who revealed that he had seen someone dressed in black running from his pickup.
The owner said that several items were stolen, including a checkbook, camper keys, and other property. According to a press release by the Norfolk Police Division, additional property, which belonged to another family member, had been taken from a second vehicl
