DEXTER, Mo. (WSIL) -- One person is dead after a crash involving two vehicles on Wednesday in Stoddard County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol stated the crash happened on November 12, at 8 a.m., along US 60, roughly two miles east of Dexter.
State police said a 52-year-old woman was driving a 2015 Cadillac ATS going east when she hit the rear of a 2013 Volvo VHD Dump Truck also going east.
The woman was taken to the Mercy Stoddard Hospital in Dexter and pronounced dead.
State police reported this was the 55th death related to a traffic crash for the southeast Missouri area in 2025.
