CINCINNATI —

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect accused in a deadly shooting in Woodlawn last month.

Officials said the shooting happened on Oct. 25, in the 10100 block of Grandview Avenue. Advertisement

The sheriff’s office said Damian Kelly died in the shooting, but further details on his death were not released.

As the investigation continues, law enforcement is searching for Davyeon Rutherford, 18, for alleged tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice in the shooting.

Hamilton County deputies said Rutherford is known to spend time in Woodlawn and Lincoln Heights, with a last known address in Hamilton.
