Somehow, it's been over a year and a half since we took our last trip into the MonsterVerse with Adam Wingard's kaiju caper Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire , and almost two whole years since that wild finale to the first season of Apple TV and Legendary's Monarch: Legacy Of Monsters left us pondering the fate of Kurt Russell's Monarch man Lee Shaw. And while Godzilla Minus One and its recent sequel announcement has kept our Gojira-loving hearts full in the interim, we've been missing the MonsterVerse — and we've been missing King Kong. Handily then, today Apple has dropped its first teaser for Legacy Of Monsters Season 2, confirming the new series' release date and teasing the return of our favourite outsized ape.
