It’s not really fair to compare the Titans’ Cam Ward to most quarterbacks around the league at this point, as almost all the NFL’s starters have more experience.

But what about his peer class?

Ward is the only rookie quarterback to have started all his team’s 2025 games at this point, but three other first-year quarterbacks — Jaxson Dart (New York Giants), Dillon Gabriel (Cleveland) and Tyler Shough (New Orleans) — have moved into first-team roles.

Dart has started seven games, Gabriel five and Shough two.

Each has attempted at least 80 passes at this point, so it’s reasonable to draw some small-sample conclusions. The fact that each of the quarterbacks’ teams is bad — none has more than two wins this season — lends itself to a fairly level playing field for the comparison as well.
