Mets utility man Jeff McNeil underwent a minor procedure for thoracic outlet syndrome following the season, according to Joel Sherman of the New York Post .
The club has not confirmed the report, which credits McNeil's agent, Garrett Parcell, as the source. McNeil is progressing well and is expected to be fully ready by Spring Training, according to the report.
After missing the first 25 games of the season due to a strained right oblique, McNeil appeared in 122 of the Mets' final 137 games after making his season debut on April 25 -- though he struggled down the stretch.
