Apple TV is reportedly removing the extra paywall for Major League Soccer games, according to The New York Times . Beginning in 2026, subscribers to the company's streaming service would be able to watch MLS matches at no additional cost, and the MLS Season Pass would be shuttered.
The Leagues Cup Tournament, the MLS All-Star Game, the Michelob Ultra Campeones Cup, the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs and all regular matches (with no blackouts) will be accessible with only an Apple TV subscription. Studio programming and on-demand content will also be included. The MLS Season Pass programming package, currently priced at $15 a month or $99 for the season, will reportedly be discontinued at the end of the 2025 season.
Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
