CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A Cleveland man now faces more charges, including attempted murder of a federal officer, from an Oct. 15 shooting that happened while federal officers and Cleveland Police were serving a warrant in the area of E. 91st Street and Stewart Avenue in the city’s Glenville neighborhood.

A federal grand jury indicted 55-year-old Larry Leon Dwight Wiley, of Cleveland, and charged him with the following:

Attempted Murder of a Federal Officer
