A 74-year-old Clintonville man was arrested on homicide-related charges after a 67-year-old Greenleaf man was fatally shot Nov. 12 in Germania, according to the Shawano County Sheriff's Office .

Around 9:15 p.m. Nov. 12, the Shawano County Dispatch Center received a 911 call from a person reporting that a man had shot his friend at a location on County M in Germania, according to a sheriff's office news release. The caller was in another building on the property with the door locked.

While on the phone with dispatch, the man attempted to enter the building the caller was in and the caller fired a gun in the direction of the man, the release said.
