Two men were injured in a shooting on Farmington Avenue in Hartford late Thursday afternoon.

Hartford police said they responded to the area of 202 Farmington Ave. for a reported double shooting.

It happened around 3:45 p.m. Responding officers found a 17-year-old and a man in his 30s, both with non-life-threatening injuries.

Both men are alert and conscious, according to police. They were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are conducting an investigation.
