HARTFORD, Conn. — Two people were shot in Hartford on Thursday afternoon, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries, according to the city's police department.
Officers responded to the area of Farmington Avenue at 3:47 p.m. after receiving a report about the shooting.
Arriving officers found two shooting victims, including a 17-year-old boy and a 36-year-old man. Police said both were alert and conscious at the scene. They were each taken to a hospital to be treated for their injuries.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Division is actively investigating.
There is currently no information available on a suspect at this time.
