The Ohio Legislature is considering a controversial bill that received some major tweaks in the House Education Committee on Thursday. Sponsors of the "Baby Olivia Act," originally mandating a video produced by anti-abortion activist group be shown to elementary and high school students at every public school in Ohio, have slightly softened those requirements.
