WARRENSBURG, Mo. (KCTV) - A day after a murder-suicide in Warrensburg, police have identified the off-duty Airman who fired the shots.
The Warrensburg Police Department identified Glyzua Ingram as the off-duty Airman assigned to Whiteman Air Force Base who murdered Tony Barron, an unrelated and unarmed neighbor, then turned the gun and died by suicide after police responded.
WPD said Ingram and Barron were the only two individuals who were shot in the incident after police were initially called to a domestic disturbance near Mitchell road and Cedar Drive.
The woman who was a domestic violence victim was treated and released for injuries that were not a gunshot wound, police clarified Thursday.
Police said no first responders or city employees were shot and no officers returned gunfire
