ST. LOUIS — Approximately 3,200 members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) District 837 at Boeing in the St. Louis area have voted to ratify a new five-year contract, ending a strike that began Aug. 4, 2025. Members are scheduled to return to work Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, at Boeing manufacturing plants in St. Louis and St. Charles, Mo., and Mascoutah.The agreement includes a 24% wage increase over the life of the contract and a $6,000 signing bonus, according to the union representing the workers who walked off the job more than three months ago.The machinists build fighter jets, weapons systems, and the U.S. Navy’s first carrier-based unmanned aircraft at these facilities.“IAM District 837 members stood strong and united for over three months,” the un
