Gov. Youngkin, Gov.-elect Spanberger spar over UVA President selection

overnor-elect Abigail Spanberger wants the University of Virginia’s (UVA) Board of Visitors to hit the pause button on selecting a new president, and Governor Glenn Youngkin is not happy about it.
