LEWISBURG — The Union-Snyder Area Agency on Aging Inc. is seeking public feedback as it explores new ways to support older adults.
Older residents, family members, caregivers and future users are asked to fill out a survey between now and Dec. 31. The answers will be used to make recommendations to the agency's board of directors on the future of services, including whether to reopen the Lewisburg Senior Center, which closed in June.
"We want to hear from as many people as possible. It's a chance for the community to speak out," Union-Snyder Area Agency on Aging Executive Director Holly Kyle said. "This is the time to be responsive to our community. We want to be the entity that the community feels comfortable telling us what they want for Union County."
