GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WBAY) - A fight between two children on a Grand Chute school bus set off a fire extinguisher on Thursday, leading to an evacuation of the bus.
Just before 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, the Grand Chute Police Department responded to the 4000 block of W. Spencer Street after a report of two children involved in a disturbance on a school bus.
Police say that an investigation shows that a fight broke out between a 9-year-old and an 11-year-old on the bus. A fire extinguisher went off in the bus during the incident, forcing an evacuation of the bus.
Several students were evaluated by the Grand Chute Fire Department, but no significant injuries were reported, and no students were taken to the hospital.
